Trying to clone Tree Brew Co.'s Cutthroat Ale. A west coast style pale ale.

Malts: 2 row, light munich, crystal, honey, Vienna

Hops : perle, centennial, goldings, cascade, Columbus

IBU 35
ABV 5%

Can you help advise with grain bill % and hop times?
 
Maybe:

7.75 lb 2-row (77%)
1 lb Munich 10L (9.9%)
8 oz 60L (5%)
7 oz Honey (4.3%)
6 oz Vienna (3.7%)

.75 oz Perle (60 min)
.5 oz Centennial (15 min)
.5 oz B.C. Goldings (5 min)
.5 oz Cascade (0 min)
.5 oz Columbus (dry hop)
