Perhaps our Canadian colleagues could chime in. This company is the maker of the FastFerment conical plastic fermentation vessels of various capacities located in Toronto area. There is a lot of product available for sale out there including amazon, MoreBeer etc. I've been trying to contact them since late August 2023 about problem with the product, specifically the valve, but their website indicates its "under maintenance", still to this date. Inquiries via email address do not get any response. And while the 1-800 number is operating, the recorded messages lead you to leave a voice message, also never returned. It looks like they are not standing by their product anymore and may be out of business?
