I'm looking at some of these recipes and thinking yeah they look fine, others I'm looking at them and thinking wait a minute that can't be right, I'm just wondering has anyone tried any of the recipes from this?

yeah he seems to like it about as much as me, some recipes fine others not so much, but 75C is a pretty good one ha

Sooo, I should not ferment at 167 degrees F. Guess I can open some windows now.
