I have 1 lb of fresh Chinook and I want to make a harvest ale recipe.
I have 8 lbs of Alexanders and some specialty grains.
4 oz caramel malt
4 oz honey malt
8 oz special roast malt
8 oz Victory Malt
8 oz flaked wheat
Any tips on a nice pale ale that shows off the hops.
I might use some mix of the grains and then the Alexanders along with 1 oz of bittering hops. Then maybe an English Ale Yeast.
