Hey guys,
Fresh on all grain, need some opinions on this recipe that i put together, thanks!
OG 1.049
FG 1.012
4.85 ABV
IBU 13.6
11.9 EBC

1.2 k wheat malt 56%
700 g , Pilsner 2 Row 31%
200 g, cara pils 10%
50 g crystal malt 120L 2.5%
9 g Perle, 60 min
5 g Hellertauer, 60 min
9 g Hellertauer 15 min
10 g coriander seeds, 10 min
Considering clove too

Is this enough grains for 10 liter batch?!

It depends on your efficiency. I tend to get 80% efficiency, and this recipe would give me a slightly higher OG than you suggest. Many people get considerably lower efficiencies, however. You should get a decent number from this if you are looking for a sessionable beer (e.g., 4.5-5% ABV).

As for the recipe, I don't think you need the carapils. Most people add that for body, but you will already be getting plenty of body from the wheat. Also, I would swap out the 120L caramel malt for a lighter colored caramel. This is a matter of personal taste, but such a dark caramel seems a bit out of place in a wheat beer to me. I would use something more like 40L.
