I have a lambic ageing now and I want to blend it with a traditional gueuze. Im a big fan of Lindemans Cuvee rene. I did some online research and could only find a few recipes. If anyone has had any success in brewing a beer like this, can they share their recipe please.

Thanks for the recipe, Ill give it a shot. What do you recomend for turbid mashing. The last IPA I brewed I spent some time just sturring the mash to bring the temp down a little. I could try doing this with the gueuze.
