I have been making mead and beer since this spring. We thought it would be a great Idea for our Renaissance wedding theme and now we are hooked. We have the a few gallons going at all times now. At Present:
pumpkin pie mead
straight mead
highlander grog coffee mead
tea mead
blueberry/blackberry mead
Bottled today:
dark cherry mead
peach mead
Also brewing peach wine
Bottled Summer Ale last night and starting a batch of Barnyard Black Ale today.
I am thinking about a refrigerator keg cooler conversion for this winter but it seems I have more projects than time or money. I really enjoy reading on these forums.
