Looking forward to brewing my very first batch (maybe two!) this weekend.
Starting with extract, and we'll see where it goes from there... maybe BIAB? Meanwhile, I look forward to learning the ropes and getting my techniques dialed in. Managing my fermentation temps with the Cool Brewing fermentation bag, so here's hoping it works as promised, because it's scorching hot this weekend!
