HA HA. Well i guess I'm a TrailblazerWell, Oregon isn't exactly known for having much to do with beer so I'm glad you made it to the forum anyway!
I started with a Belgian Tripel that is 3 weeks into fermentation and a hoppy Pale that is 2 weeks in. Both are in plastic fermenters and somewhat temp regulated.
