I've got a five gallon batch of hard cider going. I know gelatin is used to help it clear. Can I use green apple gelatin to give it some extra flavor and help it clear? After its finished of course. The ingredients are sugar, gelatin, fumaric acid, sodium citrate, natural/artificial flavor, malic acid. My concern is If any of those ingredients will keep me from bottle carbing.

Maybe try it on a sample portion. Something like a six pack sized sample and have a few people try it so you get a few opinions on it.
