Should I be shaking out the "dust" or very small grain particles from my full grain bag before steeping or mashing?
I know if I get a good hot break most will be left behind, but if I could cut down on the amount of hot break..?
I was shaking it out of my grains, but then thought "oh no, am I wasting precious wort material?!!"

As always, any thoughts and guidance will be much appreciated.

YES YES, and double YES!

Grain flour is awesome because it's practically completely soluble in warm water and is (I know I'm going to upset some members) essentially DME.
