Trying to get a friend of mine into home brewing so I suggested we try to clone one of his favorite beers. He picked Goose island's Rambler IPA. Their website lists it as
Style: IPA
Alcohol by Volume: 6.7%
International Bitterness Units: 65
Color: Auburn
Hops: Amarillo, Mt. Hood, Cascade
Malts: Special Pale, C-120, Cara Red

so I came up with this.

11lb8oz 2row pale malt
1lb8oz crystal 120
1lb carared
1oz cascade @60
1oz cascade @30
1oz mt hood @30
.5oz Amarillo @30
1oz mt hood @15
.5oz Amarillo@15

wyeast 1056

I'm really not sure if I should use more/less c120 and if I should do more late hop additions instead of the 60/30/15 deal. any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would add the hops at 20, 10, 5, 1 and flameout with a 45 minute hop stand. The beer is very hop forward and has little bitterness.
I am also interested in cloning this so let me know how it goes.
