I have made over 25 different beers and this is in my top 3. This is the first recipe I have posted. I originally called it Simcorilla IPA, but after tasting it today it tastes like guava juice.
I know that sounds weird but try it. It is devilishly delicious. My terminal gravity was 1.009 and ABV at 7.6% but you can't taste the alcohol- love the US-05.
