Gonna use butter and Goya Adobo Seasoning. Maybe a dusting of chili powder.... yeah i think a little chili powder would a be nice touch.

Then cold smoke it with apple pellets!!!!

Goya Adobo Ingredients:
Salt, Granulated Garlic, Tricalcium Phosphate (Prevents Caking), Oregano, Black Pepper, Turmeric.

Wow I need to dust off my smoker, I never thought about smoking things other than meat. I love smoked almonds!
I've been doing snacks for my home brew club meetings. I've been bringing Schlenkerla Rauchbier to pair with the snacks.

Summer sausage is particularly good when its right out of the smoker where its a little warm. Hard boiled eggs are good too. I think that cheese is the best a few days after.

The nuts turned out good. I have them drying in the oven at 170F. They seem a bit harsh right out of the smoker.

Give cold smoking a try. Its super simple and I have instructions in this thread. I use a bean can, pellets, and a torch.

That's the plan... I have an assortment chilled and I have my own smoked wheat to bring along. The club meeting is tonight.

The Doppelbock in the front was the one I was supposed to drink lat night. I forgot about it as i kept pulling the nitro tap of pale ale.
