My friend and I purchased ingredients to make a double batch, but we only have a large enough pot to do a 5-6 gallon batch (I left the 15 gallon pot at school)

So now my question is what should we do with
8 LB Pilsner Malt
2.5 LB Wheat Malt
1 Oz Perle hops
1 Oz Tettanger hops
?

I have some extra Orange peel and coriander lying around as well as some black patent and roasted barley. I also have some old Willamette in the freezer.

Should we brew 2 of the same or should we change it up a bit? if we change it up a bit, we wouldn't be opposed to some other small additions (such as more wheat or another malt)

What you list isn't enough for a double batch ... so just do a regular 5-5.5gal batch and life will be good
