It almost seems too simple and easy. I make half batches. I over stress about mash and strike temps due to having a smaller kettle sitting on a big burner. Then I saw the Gigawort homebrew system on sale and was like: electric heating, timers, 4.4g capacity, barbed valve. It is too good to be true. I can set the timer overnight to have 163F at 8am. Then top up and adjust to 172 for strike.
That being said, can anyone see a reason this wouldn't work? I'd think this would be pretty week as a BIAB system but for just heated water, looks flawless.
