Figured I would share my jig creation. Looking forward to cutting this week.

I took a page from BobbyM except I used the top part of the Keg Diptube (The part with the two locking tabs)as the pivot. It took a while to separate it from the tube it self (there is a lock washer holding it on against the big spring). Once removed I grinded down the Tabs and had a perfect pivot. Since I didn't have a large washer to secure it to the jig I inserted a smaller hole saw and secured it with a bolt, two washers and a nut. I have about .5"" in each direction to fine tune the size.

Does it look safe to use =)
