I was thinking of making something a little outside of the style guidelines. Thinking a German Pale ale with a little flaked rye and Wyeast 1007 German Ale yeast. Here’s my first thoughts on a recipe. Any help would be appreciated. Percentages may not be exact.

6 gal batch
OG: 1.054
IBU: 30-35

65% Pils malt
15% Vienna malt
10% flaked rye
3.6% cara red
3.6% acidulated malt
3%. Crystal rye

Looks delicious. Don't have much input honestly, except that I might dry hop with an oz. of Sterling.
