So the Taprite secondary regs have a direction indicator on the back of them.
Does this really matter?

I've built my manifold to allow for the gas to come from the opposite direction. Before this newb airs this thing up to check for leaks I thought I would check in with the forum users.

Has anyone switched it up before?
How did it go?

Aw, hmm....

If they were primaries you can go either way, but god only knows what Taprite is doing there...

Cheers!

Here's a Taprite drawing for what might be your triple-secondary.
Interestingly, the barb and plug are on the opposite ends from your MFL fitting and plug ;)

I'd be inclined to believe they actually can run in either direction and the arrows are to keep someone from trying to use the output as the input...

Agreed. It would take some kind of special to put gas in the output...

I pieced this together myself from three secondaries and fittings.
The hump in my freezer where I've placed my CO2 tank just happens to be on the left.

I can't see any reason why the direction would matter.
But it can't hurt to wait for some others to chime in with opinions and experience.

EDIT:

Found this video. (1:20)
