Now that I am a full time pro-brewer, it is time I part with my homebrew rig.
Everything you need to make super delicious all-grain beer. No more extract for you. (Besides, that's not brewing... Just like heating up canned soup isn't cooking)

If you can design the recipes, this rig can brew it.
You can either batch sparge (meh) or fly-sparge (yay).

If it is a small enough beer, you can make 10 gallons in this puppy.
Looks complicated, it isn't. Set the temperature and walk away.

All you need is a 4-prong 240V/30A plug to use this (and, of course, water... duh). Ask an electrician to install one in your garage. (Or do it yourself, but I'd highly suggest an electrician do it to code)

No gas to fuss with, costs pennies to run. Looks cool doing it too. Brew like a pro! (Like me!)
