Hi

Time to introduce myself. I live in Pembroke in Wales (UK) though I'm originally from Southampton in England.

20 years old, though due to our drinking laws, I've been drinking 2 years.

Joined the site primarily for information on making Cider (I think you call it 'hard cider', don't you?) although I may well go on to brewing my own beer in future.
