ok so I took the cheese cloth and put a shot glass in it. I boiled it for 20 minutes, pored out the water and added half an OZ of Cascade hoops. Then I tied the bag making sure to leave room for the expansion. i took it to the bucket and very slowly dropped it in. Ii'm going to let it sit for a week and bottle it.
