I just haven't updated the signature in a while, but I have been brewing quite regularly. I occasionally brew and clean (mostly clean) at Iron Hill brewery Media PA location.
I haven't started on building a commercial system yet, it's more of a one day type of thing. Either way, this video has some usable info if you have never seen a "FrakenBrew" type system before.
