Fox Grape

Any one like the flavor that fox grapes make? I have alot of these on my land, maybe 15+ five gallon buckets worth. Any tips, ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

shoulda looked for this earlier...

The ones in my area have been heavy on the acid and light on the sugar. the wine I made finished very dry and it took a few years in the bottle for everything to really come together.

Check the acid and adjust it, other than that I'm sure Jack Keller has a good scalable recipe you can start with.
