Rhode Island For Sale: 1 barrel electric brewhouse, 2 barrel SS tanks

We recently purchased a 1 barrel electric brewhouse from a nano that is upgrading. We're going to go with a bigger system and are selling this one. The system consists of a 1 barrel brewhouse with three 75 gallon steel tanks to be used as fermenters and/or brite tanks. Great system for the homebrewer (or brew club) looking for more capacity or someone looking to start a nano.

The system consists of:

3 Blichmann 55 gallon stainless steel pots
Stainless steel false bottom for mash tun
2 heating elements for Kettle and HLT
3 75 Gallon steel tanks (uses corny keg fittings)
Brewhouse controller
Stand for the brewhouse pots
All tubing and fittings for the system

All that is needed is a pump for transfers and a wort chiller.
Asking $9,500. Local pick-up only, located in Rhode Island. Will send pictures to those interested.

They are 5500 watt, 220V heaters. There are 2 in each the HLT and brew kettle.
