Just gotta say, brewed a Fat Tire extract clone that is absolutely delicious after 3 weeks and it feels great...I attempted to brew a pilsner (1st brew, didnt know at the time about the difference between lager and ale yeast) and an Altbier that turned out farrr too banana-y...I had a bit of a hiatus between the first 2 brews and this one but I gotta say it feels great when u get it right
Nothing really productive to say just wanted to vent while enjoying it
