Hey folks. Trying my hand at a session IPA and was looking for feedback on the rough cut of my recipe. Any help is much appreciated! :mug:

IBU: 59.6
Target OG: 1.040; Target FG: 1.008, ABV: 4.3

Fermentables
3 lbs Light LME
2 lbs Light DME

Steeping grains
.25 lbs Carapils
.25 Victory
.25 Pale 2 Row
.25 Caramel 20L

Hops
1 oz Amarillo (60 minutes)
.5 oz Amarillo (30 minutes)
.5 oz Galaxy (30 minutes)
1 oz Galaxy (10 minutes)
.5 oz Mosaic (10 minutes)
1 oz Galaxy (Dry Hop)
.5 oz Mosaic (Dry Hop)

Yeast
US-05

IBU for ABV seems high. Might want to cut back on bittering. Probably best to target 40 or less IBU. gravity to bitterness ratio seems high for my taste anyway

I think it looks good... Give it a whirl and let us know how it tastes! I've never used Amarillo for bittering though.

Use store bought RO water.
