I'm one of those nutcases that goes full bore from the get go with a new hobby. Not quite with this one but I wanted good beer dispensing. Brewing will take some time. Went with the Catalyst for now only because it looked like a good idea at the time being I had no experience. I already had a commercial beverage fridge so I purchased all I needed to run 3 kegs. Haven't tasted my first batch yet but maybe tonight. American Pale Ale.
Looked like this in wort form..

Just before kegging looked like this....

Now looks like this. Other kegs going in as I brew. I will be putting back one maybe two more bottle racks once I settle on spacing.

Feel free to critique. I'm all ears and am here to learn.

LOL. I must be a nut case. Looks great. Never wanted to bottle so i purchased 8 kegs and beverage Air Kegerator, buildt everything else. Been doing all grain self milled for four years now, only added a large plate chiller. Ran out of names. So now i just make beer. lol.

I think I'll stick with recipe kits for now until I learn. 8 kegs! We can't drink that much LOL.

Do you have anything in the way of fermentation temp control? If not you should look at that as a priority. Ferm temp control and management of liquid yeast really brought my beer from "meh' to something I am proud to share/happy to drink.

No not yet but I hear you and thanks. What I did with the first batch was keep it in a temperature controlled room. Stayed about 68-69 the whole time.

Drinking it right now. Force carbonated. Getting bubbles in the glass now... delicious!

Kegging is so easy. I don't keg anymore because the beer is also VERY easy to drink.
5gal keg? Shmuh!!! 7 days empty.
I'll stick to bottling for the time being.
