I have now done 6 all grain 5gallon batches with my three vessel single tier setup, going to try something different and do a 1 gallon biab on my stove top. I have my grains, a 24 qt pot and a 5g paint strainer bag from home depot. Anything I should look out for? (My first brew was a 5g extract kit using the same pot)

If you can use something besides a 24-quart pot, that might be better. This might be moot since you are doing BIAB, but I've found three pots in the 6- to 8- quart range to be very helpful because you can rotate them during the sparge. If you have an enameled cast-iron Dutch oven, it holds temps very well during the mash. Boil in the smallest pot to control evaporation.

This video might be helpful as an over-all guide, but it is not BIAB:

Interesting idea to use a Dutch oven. I will try that. I suppose I could put it in the oven and set my mash temp.
