Hi there,

I was just looking for some input on an extract brew recipe. I've made a few from kits, but never from scratch. I'm looking for a low alcohol IPA, I guess that would be an ISA.

Any thoughts on this?

That's going to be bitter (depending on your boil volume) and not very hoppy. I'd delete the three ounces of bittering hops (60, 45, 30 minutes) and use .75 ounce or so for one bittering addition.

You could do 1 ounce at 30/15/5/0/dryhop and that would be good if you want to go with solid 1 ounce additions.

So either:
.75 ounce 60 minutes
1 ounce 15 minutes
1 ounce 5 minutes
1 ounce 0 minute
1 ounce dryhop

or

1 ounce 30 mintes
1 ounce 15 minutes
1 ounce 5 minutes
1 ounce 0 minutes
1 ounce dryhop
