First Brew

Been lurking here for a while. Just got the first batch in the fermenter. I brewed something similar to "bad, bad Leroy Brown". I used Deathbrewer's partial mash method. I will let you know how it comes out in about 3 weeks. Thank you to all who post here, without you I wouldn't have a clue as what I am doing. Specially Deathbrewer's tutorial in the stickies.

Okay, been more than a few weeks but fermentation took longer than I thought. Bottled yesterday and took a few pics that are in my gallery here: - HomeBrewTalk Gallery
