First Batch Excitement

Took my final gravity reading today and it's within range. Didn't ferment to the low end probably due to my cooler fermentation temps. So speaking I sampled my oatmeal stout and it tasted good, just needs to be bottled up tomorrow, and get some carbonation amen.

Congrats, we'll done and welcome to a new way of life. You will feel just as empty as your fermenters from now on.when I empty a fermenter I am not sure what I am more excited about drinking that brew or making the next
