My first batch has been in the bottle for 18 days, I tried one last sunday at the two week mark. Cant wait to see how it has changed at 3 weeks. Waiting is the toughest part of this hobby, but it pays off bigtime.

As usual Im anxious and couldnt stand it....soooo...I opened a bottle of it today just to see what was going on with it. WOW! It made a nice pshhhh sound when opened and a decent amount of carbonation, though maybe a little low still. It was amazing, even my wife agrees, which is saying a lot. I do believe I will only drink what I brew from now on...... unless I run out, or Im at a resturant, or at a friends and didnt bring my own.....well, I will mostly drink my own!!!!
