First all grain

I am about to do my first all grain and need to know how much water I need for a five gallon batch

No to be rude, but are you sure you know what you're doing? You should have a decent 'game-plan' by now. You should know how much you need for mashing, sparging, how much wort to collect, etc. All these amounts depend on your process. You didn't even mention how thick you want your mash to be.
