I found a recipe for a pumpkin beer that uses these grains:
Am I right in assuming that I can brew this just like I have done with my partial extracts (steep the grains then add DME or LME and boil) and just steep the grains? Or do I need to do a mash of some sort? Or is there an extract substitution I can make?
- 10 lbs pale 2 row malt
- 1 lbs Special Roast
- 1 lbs Crystal 60
