Hey guys,
Next week I'm gonna brew my first AG batch.
The plan is a single hopped Simcoe IPA.
Would love some thoughts on the recipe and maybe a few tips off the top of your head to keep in mind. (already read the stickies and the book materials a couple of times..)

The best advice I can think of for your first go would be to take your time and double check everything: Ingredients, times, connections from vessel to vessel. My first AG batch got ruined from not checking the hose clamps on my immersion chiller, over a half hour a bunch of hose water ran into my beer, screwed up the volume and it was clearly unsanitary at that point.
