It looks like I will be ready to go all grain next weekend. I am thinking of doing a SMASH because I want to keep it simple and get to know my ingredients better. I was playing around on Beersmith tonight and came up with the following. I would really like some constructive criticism as I know very little about making recipes, I just know I like many beers with pale 2 row and simco hops smell great! Mash temp was chosen because I have read that mashing at a lower temp resulted in higher attenuation and a more clean beer.
