Bought a 6 cu ft Igloo kegerator this week. I'll convert the guts to Ball Lock eventually but I'm currently trying it out with a local beer (Waterloo IPA). So far everything works alright.
I'm suspecting that in more recent models they've fixed the temperature settings. The first thing I did when I set it up was to move the temperature sensor out from behind the back plate (as advised in a couple of threads here) and on the lowest setting it was freezing water solid. I moved the temperature sensor back behind the cooling plate and on the lowest setting the fridge cools down to about 4 degrees C, which is perfect.
So far no leaks in CO2 or beer. Once this keg is killed I'll upgrade the guts to a 2 tap tower with ball lock connects and get a couple of kegs. Finally finished with bottling!
