Hey everyone... before I purchase my ingredients and brew this recipe, I wanted to make sure that I'm not way off on this recipe. If anyone can give me any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. This is my first recipe and so I'm fearful that I am not actually creating a recipe for what I had designed it to be.

This is a partial mash APA recipe called: Panther Pale Ale

1 Pkgs California Ale (White Labs #WLP001) [StartYeast-Ale

Looks like a solid recipe to me, although I might move 1 oz of the Cascades to 0 for more aroma. Good luck brewing.

My personal opinion, I would move 1oz of Cascade to 30 min.......and move the Glacier to 15 min......and the other 1oz of Cascade to flameout (0 min).

You are going to get a much better aroma from Cascade than Glacier.....but this is the joys of homebrewing, absolutely no wrong or right way to do it!

Good luck!!
