My Weizenbier has just started fermenting I am useing Munch dry yeast. What temp should I ferment at? I was thinking around 65F?

Danstar says 63F or more so 65F sounds great. Keep in mind that fermentation will produce it's own heat though so you need to monitor the temp of your fermentor, not the air in the room.

The general rule for the above post being you can expect the fermentor to be ~5 degreesF hotter than ambient temp.

Or you could just get a stick-on thermometer.

I use a chest frezzer with a therma temp on it so i can hit exact temps. I also have a stick on thermometer on it. Thank you for your resonse.
