So I brewed an Imperial IPA, pitched nottingham yeast slurry, only to wake up the next morning and find my fermentation chamber (temp controlled deep freezer) not working! It was fermenting at about 82 (!!) degrees. I promply moved it to a bedroom and cranked the window ac to 65, it took it a while to come back down to an acceptable level. My question is, how bad is this going to taste?
