All,
I got the Ward Labs report and am working through learning about brewing water. Before I really get into it myself, I figured I would see if I could get any advice from those who know more about it than I do.

pH 7.7 ppm
TDS 205 ppm
Electrical conductivity .34 mmho/cm
Cations/anions 3.1/3.2 me/L

Na 15
K 1
Ca 35
Mg 8
CaCO3 121
Nitrate NO3-N .1
Sulfate SO4-S 9
Chloride Cl 22
Carbonate Co3 <1
Bicarbonate HCO3 122
Total alkalinity CaCO3 100
Total phosphorus .02
Total iron <.01

all in ppm

Thanks.

Very similar to mine and we're like an hour away. I use phosphoric acid for the typical ales and use 100% distilled with some acid malt on delicate german lagers. Started with EZ water myself (2.0) but it did not agree with my meter's readings. Tried BNW and it matched my meter. Brewed a bunch specifically checking the accuracy of BNW and was so accurate I did not replace the meter once it went. These days I acidify sparge water to mash pH unless brewing with 100% distilled.
