Recipe for 10 gallons of clean wort in the fermenter

BU: 35 (Rager)

10% Flaked Oats
9% Crystal 60
5% Chocolate
5% Roasted Barley
Mash for 60 min @ 154F, boil for 60 min
60g EKG @ 60 min
60g EKG @ 30 min
S-05 pitched at 16C, fermented at 18C
