Brewing this on Monday. Anybody want to take a stab at the recipe?
Recipe for 10 gallons of clean wort in the fermenter

OG: 1.051
BU: 35 (Rager)
SRM: 31

71% Domestic 2Row
10% Flaked Oats
9% Crystal 60
5% Chocolate
5% Roasted Barley

Mash for 60 min @ 154F, boil for 60 min

60g EKG @ 60 min
60g EKG @ 30 min

S-05 pitched at 16C, fermented at 18C
 
Looks good to me. US-05 is on the attenuative side, but 9% crystal and mashing at 154 should give you enough residual body. Good luck.
