Can I get the thoughts and suggestions of the assembled brain trust on this recipe? I plan to brew on Sunday.

Mash at 155F

Wish I could help but I've never made this style . I've done NEIPA . I've never tried that yeast before so cant say. Have you looked at Amarillo hops or using orange peels ? All in all it looks fine and id brew it.
