Put together a recipe for a creamy dark american lagerlike ale.
Heres what I have, would love any feedback.
6.5 preboil, 5.5 post boil All grain
OG 1.049
FG 1.012
abv 4.91%
Cal 161
Ibu 21.1
45% 4.5 lbs american 2 row
20% 2lbs american 6 row
10% 1lb flaked corn
10% 1lb Munich Malt
10% 1lb Flaked wheat
5% .5lbs carafa
Hops
.25oz cascade @ 60
.50oz cluster @30
.50oz mt.hood @ 10
I dont have the abilities to lager so I was thinking of using a neutral ale yeast and ferment around 62.
Should I use notty, us-05, pacman, or bells yeast?
Any other yeasts that would make this turn out well?
