I brewed a tripel yesterday, here was the kit I used: http://www.greatfermentations.com/downloads/instructions/beerkits/Trippple End-AllGrain.pdf
I boiled then threw it all through a chiller and into the fermenter directly.
Pitched it with a 2L starter with two dry packs of yeast.
Woke up this morning to the attached image. The airlock was going crazy, 1.5 - 2 bubbles a second. There is no trub at the bottom of the carboy, what is happening here? Fermentation going so rapidly it's keeping the trub from settling? Is this going to affect the taste?
