I was able to get partial data from my local water supplier. At some point I will probably have a full analysis done, but in the meantime I want to keep brewing.
So my question is do I have enough information to make some adjustments to get me closer to ideal? I am planning to brew a few IPAs next.
Here is what I have.
Total Hardness 15-16
Ca 4-5
Total Alkalinity 6-8
Ph 7

I was thinking just use some gypsum and maybe Calcium Chloride to get the Ca up to ideal range for style.

Any opinions would be appreciated.
