English Premium ale with dates fruit

My grandfather comes from Iraq, he gave me an old beer recipe from Iraq , when I google it I can see it is identical too English 2row premium ale, except their is 200gram off dates fruit paste put in the wort 15 min before flame out !
Which yeast shall I use ?

A liquid English yeast,or even dry US-05 would do. Cooper's 15g packet from midwest or NB if you want some fruity esters from a dry yeast.
