I brewed this on August 22, it's currently lagering at 33 deg under 13psi the natural way. It looks beautiful and the initial taste says it's going to be another winner. Thought I'd share.

Quick update, took a sample for tasting at 33 degrees and it was excellent. No diacetyl noted, nice hoppy finish and a delicate malt flavor. Because I pressure ferment, the beer was already at 16psi and was muy bueno. One more week at 33 degrees, then time to filter transfer to the kegs.
