A not so new brewer from Bangor Maine, Im 23 years old been brewing now for a few years though just really starting to get into it big time. Currently have 25 gallons going, another brew day coming up sometime this week if SWMBO can find the time to help me.
Currently have
Primary-
Tripel pitched with WY1007 rather than a abbey yeast.
2nd batch of Irish Red (all grain, first batch was a extract looking forward to seeing the difference, SWMBO's fave session beer)
Secondary-
90 min IPA (almost ready to bottle)
English Porter
Aging-
Fortified whiskey stout (aging on oak chips and 950ml of whiskey, on month 5, the 3 month sample was delicious)
I usually stop by the Central Street Farmhouse at least once a week to pick up supplies would like to talk with any of you in the area if you wanted to session/talk brewing.
